Mike M- That's why a lot of residents across the state line here in KY find a way to register their vehicles in Ohio instead of KY. You wouldn't believe how many neighbors I had that had their vehicles with Ohio plates. In KY you pay a percent of Kelly Blue Book value EACH year PLUS registration, plate and clerk fees.
