Hi All,
I just obtained a project 1941 Ford 9N tractor and it came with a 16" rim with 5 bolts. The OEM would have 19" rim with 6 bolts. I want to switch over to 19" rim. Any advice on what I need to buy in order to make the switch, if it is more than just the Hub and Bolt Assembly (9N1104A3 or 8N1104).
The tractor came with two front shredded tire - makes it hard for me to move it around. For the time being, I just wanted to get an used or cheap tires placed on the 16" rim, so it can be rolled around my shop during the restoration project. I don't want to buy the 19" rims and tires just yet - cannot buy everything right now. Any advise on which cheap or used tires to get? It came with Firestone 6.50-16 ("Gum Dipped") - all torn up.
