Thanks I would speculate that since (I am guessing) your radiator cap does not produce a pressure on the water system that with a leaky head gasket your oil pump is pushing the oil into the radiator but since there is no pressure in the water system...no water in the oil. I'd retorque the head bolts and try again. Hope this at least gives you a place to start.
