From what I was told it seemed like the local dealers pushed the US built Fords and by the 1960's it was fairly uncommon to have Automotive and Ag under one roof. The dealers near the big cities were fighting to be industrial only. Many took on the Ag line or kept the Ag line just to maintain their grip on backhoes. They did not want Ford to pull the franchise on the industrial side. By the 1970's the industrial dealers were the most successful with the Ford Ag dealers running as also rans.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
