I just replaced my old Dodge Power Wagon that I had for the past 25yrs with a 2K2, F350, Crew, 4wd, DRW, LWB, PSD, 6spd, 3:73 and man what a truck! I wanted the diesel cause I figure on keeping this truck for 30years plus and I just bet the fuel will be $3gal within 10yrs and $6gal in 30yrs. Remember when gas was .19gal in 1968 and gas war price of .13gal? LOL I'm getting 20mpg empty with the diesel, wheres the old Dodge 10mpg empty when newer but 8.5mpg now. I figure the diesel will pay for it's self between 80 to 90K depending on the price of fuel but I used $1.5gal to figure and the diesel option was $2900. I've only pulled one short load of 28K GCW but there was no comparrision between a gasser and the diesel on pulling. For the guys that want gasser buy a gasser. It just works better for me to own a diesel. T_Bone
