I like the steering knobs on a tractor with power steering but my mothers uncle got his arm ripped off when his narrow front tractor wheels dropped in a ditch . I remember one time in high school we were doing some off roading In my IHC pickup and I hit a big rock and that steering wheel ripped a chunk out of my elbow the size of a dime and it hurt . This is What we call a swather or some call if a windrower New Holland calls em a speedrower

After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion. After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet).
