Most times I go to any Lowes I CAN NEVER GET ANY HELP. The reps must hide or something. Also even if I do track one down (may take 10 minutes to find one) and ask a question THEY HAVE NO IDEA OR ANSWERS. Last time I finally trapped one and asked a question HE TOOK OUT HIS SMART PHONE TO LOWES WEBSITE to try and get the answer. I self picked a few bolts n nuts and took to check out SHE TOLD ME I HAD TO GO BACK AND PRINT THE SKU NUMBERS ON PLASTIC BAGS to check out, I dragged them off the counter and walked out. It seems each time I go there are new and different employees, they must work a week to get beer or rent money then quit???
NOTE this is NOT for all employees there are a few good ones (mostly seem older semi retired types) and I appreciate them THANKS
PS We also have a Menards WHERE THE SERVICE IS MUCHHHHHHHHHHHH BETTER
I recently talked to a manager at Miller Pipleline and asked him about their employees. He said they can start at $25 per hour BUT THEY CANT GET HELP often because they cant pass the drug test and/or they don't show up for work...…
