My local Lowes has a happy place somewhere cuzz you can never find help... I am doing a bath re-model its been an adventure ordering tile and floor... When I can get their help to leave their happy place they act like they don't want to help me...
I learned to order online when it comes in they email and call me so far they are batting ZERO when I go to pick it up its an hour and they can not find my order...
The good they have a special place to park for pickup orders and a special sales counter for pickups... Problem is no one man's the pickup counter...
Lowes will take anything back its interesting to see what folks return while you are sitting at the pickup counter... If it were not for EZ returns I would go somewhere else...
Labor is the biggest cost in any business... We all know how hard it is to find good help...
I did drive 30 min. to a HD I had no problem with someone offering to help/order I should have took them up on it...
