10-4 doc . Wife a me were on the way to Doctor she was driving.we were on Main Street speed limit 30 she was doing 25 or 30 met a state trooper he u turned and pulled us over.we waited and waited I was watching the time didn't want to miss appointment.18 minutes go by still he hasn't came up to the window.we were not wearing seat belts the law had just started we didn't think of it we guessed that must be why we were pulled over.i got out against wife's warning and went back to his car told him I had a doctor appointment he said get back in car.there were two of them passenger got out said get back in car I said ok and started back and he yelled get in your dAm car now I spun around pointed at him and said don't you go to getting smart with me and went on to the car.2 minutes later 3 more trooper cars came and surrounded us.we both got seat belt tickets.I found out later he was training the driver.I guess he wanted to show out.
