This thread is broken so I only see your message.
Here in Minnesota they appear heck bent on making lawful drivers wrong, and confusing the rules of the road so as to not know what is legal or wrong any more.
Few years ago it became illegal to drive in the left lane if someone was going the same speed you are beside you. I guess you need to drive faster than the speed limit? I donno.
This month it became illegal to drive in the left lane unless you are passing, even in the city limits. I don’t know what that means on a 3 or 4 lane road. I think it is dangerous to be stuck in the right lane where everyone is merging off and on the super highways, but no one asked me.
If you basically can’t use the left lane any more unless you are speeding by 10-15mph maybe we should just get rid of the 4 lane highways. Go back to 2 lane roads. (Which in fact is what they did in my town. They rebuilt a couple bridges and some river crossings, and changed from a 4 lane to 5 miles worth of single lane both directions, no passing lanes available. That’s going to work well is t it?)
The laws are written to confuse, not help any more.
Some of my comments might be a little tongue in cheek, but really, the laws are rather odd any more.

If you have done major engine work or restored your tractor, chances are you removed the magneto and spark plug wires and eventually reached the point where you had to put it all back together and make it run. On our first cosmetic restoration, not having a manual, we carefully marked the wires, taped the magneto in the position it came off, and were careful not to turn the engine over while we had these components off. We thought we could get by with this since the engine ran perfectly and would not need any internal work. After the cleanup and painting was done, we began reassembly and finally came to t
