It's a little late for that around here the realitors have done moved in and started buying the best farm land ( of course ) and building houses. I'm 5 miles off a four lane road and can count 25 new houses in the last five years. Bought a farm that baks up to the Ky river and has two dead end roads. Real nice until two years ago when a marina went in on one end of one of the roads right behind us and at the other end of the other road their building 10 new houses on what was a nice farm. Prices have doubled for land. Hard to buy more land now. Brian
