Sorry to hear about your 'law' trouble, but thanks for the update! To say that I am confused and don't understand such an ordinance would be an understatement. My recommendation would be to run to the nearest community with no such 'rig-a-marawl'.
I have no idea what you or your wife do for a living, but the State of Vermont, even through this time of national economic tribulation, has maintained an unemployment rate of less than 4%. Food for thought...oh yeah...you DO have a snowmachine, a couple chainsaws, and a 4WD pickup, right???... ;-)

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
