Your barn sounds like mine about the same cost but with a concrete stemwall footing all the way around and a 16 x 12 concrete floor in the tack room. It was 26 X 32 with a second floor over the haft the barn. New materials and looks just like the Shop and House, infact someone turned me in for building a apartment with a two car garage and I had to laugh at the inspector telling him this was my barn and two stalls. He said it looked to nice for a barn and I said not everyone barn has to look the same! They build some real nice ones back east. Now my daughter want another one 40 X 60 she is getting more cows and hay storage is not big enought. She is only 15 and has 5 cows and just butcherd 3 she is building a herd for when she is older. Got a good head on her, when I was her age I only had a bike and a paper route. She has bought them all by re/investing the money back into them. Started with one that she bought selling vegatables from the garden she grew. Mark H.
