I have always felt that "an ounce of prevention" is better than a ton of trouble.....!!!!! The older engines were designed to have Tetra-Ethyl-Lead, and I think it was for a good reason.. I just go to the cheapest place that can supply me with HIGH Octane Leaded gas....like 127 Octane Racing Motor Cycle Gas, and put about a Pint in to 20 Gallons... Then, I don't even give it a second thought..!! AND....if someone steals my gas.....they will INSTANTLY Need a new O2 Sensor, and maybe a catalytic converter, too...!!! Makes me smile, just to think of it..!!! What do YOU think??? Ron........
