Well John, you have gotten some excellent suggestions and many different brands. I have an Allis Chalmers C & a D10. I also have,(I know this will upset Bernhard)two Kubotas.These brands are the nearest dealers to my location.And I guess that is what my point is. Find dealers that are local,it's a lot easier driving 12 miles for parts and questions than 100 miles. Note:There are no Allis Dealers anymore,but my father-in-law was an Allis dealer,so when I got married I had to agree to go from IH to Allis.He didn't complain on the Kubotas,he said at least they were orange.Good Luck.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
