You say he wants to keep the park power?????????? If he's plugged into 120 VAC park power why wouldn't he use that ???? Why use the 12 VDC batteries plus an Inverter to manufacture 120 VAC when he already has 120 VAC ????
If he wants to use his house battery bank (NOT park power) to power a 120 VAC device he would need an INVERTER that uses 12 VDC batteries and Inverts it into 120 VAC. HOWEVER any high power heating device like hair dryer or coffee pot or microwave or heater WOULD DRAIN BATTERIES QUICK and its best not to draw them down over 50% of their capacity. For every amp of 120 VAC use he would draw around eleven amps out of his batteries,. If a 1500 watt 120 VAC appliance were used from battery and inverter power, that would draw like 138 amps out of his battery when running. YOURE TALKIN ONE HUGE BATTERY BANK AND A HUGE INVERTER
They make 12 VDC coffee makers why not use that ??????????????????
SURE anythings "possible" given huge enough battery banks and a huge Inverter and also a 120 VAC to 13/14+ VDC battery charger but this just is NOT very practical, NOT cost effective, and NOT very efficient
Further if he wants any of his RV outlets that are powered using his batteries and an Inverter he needs a safe and proper transfer method like a transfer switch or manually plug in and out.
This is just soooooooooooooo wrong in sooooooooooooo many ways Im not going to spend time educating him and explaining it all.........… If he is totally out to lunch on RV power and batteries and Inverters and transfer switches etc its best he hire a professional

Today's Featured Article - Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned. But alas, my carb foiled me again, it would fire a second then flood out. After numerous dead ends for a replacement carb, I went to work fixing mine.I soldered new floats on the float arm, they came from an old motorcycle carb, replaced the packing on the throttle shaft with o-rings, cut new ga
