Wayne, what you are referring to is Char- Lynn's "Hi-Lo Pac" system. one lever was for double acting cylinders, the other is for single acting cylinders. as far as I know they worked good, Dad could tell more about them. can't say much more about them other than, if parts were available I'd have 2 of them now. as far as I know no parts been available for at least 20 years, someone else correct me if I'm wrong....Roger
