You're in the same situation I was last fall, bill. My 99 F 250 was getting real bad. I retired in '14 and only put 10,000 miles on the old one since. It was a plain work truck and that's all I wanted again. Most I saw were four door short beds, useless to me. Or all decked out. I stumbled on a '15 F 250 with 37,000 miles and sparkling. FX4 off road and towing package. Asked 27K, I got it for 25,5. He still owed 15 on it. PO put Ford 20's on and some trim extras plus he threw in the original 17" wheels that he ran in winter. WAY more truck than I was looking for or need.
