Ford 8N Oil pressure

I have been using Pennzoil 10-30W oil in my 8N tractor. Initially the oil pressure runs about 35 psi but after prolonged use, 2-4 hours, the oil pressured drops to about 15 psi. Does anyone have any suggestions? And what viscosity oil is proper?
