JD 420 pistons stuck

The head of the old JD 420 has been left off for 20 years. At times water was in the cylinders, but it has been kept covered up for the last few years. There are no deep pits visible, but I believe the wisest thing to do is tear it down and have a machine shop bore it out.
Do these engines have sleeves?
Where can I order oversize pistons and rings?
Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
