Hi Mike,
Have the same problem as you with the same tractor. After the holidays I plan on trying some Marvel Mystery Oil to get mine unstuck. Plan on reboring since it has no sleeves, Mine is already at .40 over so I may have to go .90 over. Not sure about the replacement parts yet, but they will be no problem acquiring. Tisco or CT will more than likely have what you need. Be sure and have your block and head checked for cracks while your at it, well worth the few extra dollars. Good luck with your project.
