I see the wear in the hole for the drawbar pin breaking the bolt. I would just tap the bottom of the plate and use a washer and short bolt to hold it up from the bottom. Or a bar with 2 bolts in a notch in the side if the pin to hold it. The washer deal is easier and not failed on the 806,856,1466 in 40 years so I guess it is fine.
