Hi guys. Ive been watching this forum for probably a good 10+ years but am new as far as posting goes. This may be long, but I wanted to give a full description before asking for options.
I have a 51 Super C that I use probably 50-100 hrs a year. Over the last 15 years I have rebuilt or fixed nearly everything except the rear tires and the rear end, with several modifications along the way to make it more user friendly for me. I found a loader back in 2008 or 2009, and converted it so that it is all hydraulic. There were issues with the touch control box/manifold that sits under the gas tank so I welded up a custom steel tank and rebuilt the pump. Now I have power up and down on the loader, which is really nice being able to lift the front end off the ground. My question is how can I get a three point on this tractor? All of the kits I see for a C/SC are controlled by the manifold that I removed. Would an aftermarket unit from an H or an M fit onto the rear axle if I plumbed it into my hydraulics? Or is there a better way?

Unless you are from another planet, physically or otherwise, I don’t think our internal combustion buddies will talk and tell us their problems. But, on the other hand, there is a secret language that our mechanical companions readily do speak. It is an interesting form of communication that involves all the senses of the listener. In this series we are going to investigate and learn the basic rudimentary skills of understanding this lingo.
