I put the little massey up for sell had a bunch of different offers and people trying to low ball offer and people wanting me to throw in pieces of equipment that I don't have and plus delivery. A guy came to me and asked if he paid a deposit could I hold it until 1st week of February we wrote it up and signed it. I normally would not have considered it but I decided it was better than trying to meet with everyone and them offer a less than half price offer.
So I did take the deposit.
Do yal ever take deposit to hold something?
Doesn't it get old trying to sell stuff everyone low balling and wanting extra stuff for free that was not pictured or mentioned or delivered for free?
