Assuming it is a dry clutch... Based on my experience, youll need to get it running in the highest gear, then press the clutch and hit the brakes. This is generally difficult to do safely. Give yourself plenty of room. I had the same issue with a Ford that had been sitting. Tried everything in and around the shop in low gears. No luck. Then got out on the road in high gear, and it immediately broke free. I think if you do the math of the torque at the clutch, vs the swept braking area in high gears youll see why this works.
