I live twenty minutes from any town. 15 minutes from the nearest stoplight. I can drive 25 minutes to my favorite industrial supply house and pick up everything you mentioned except the tire. It's been there longer than I have been alive and has its own machine shop. A new roadway made the tire shop move so it's another 15 minutes to pick up the tire. Then 20 minutes back home.
20 minutes away the NAPA store keeps all the minor stuff I might need for my Deere and 20 minutes away the Mahindra dealer keeps all the minor stuff I might need for my Ford.
The wife loves to make 14 day sweet pickles in a churn. This year my oldest daughter decided she wanted to try it herself and borrowed our 5 gallon churn. After lunch I plan on driving 15 minutes to our local General Store to pick up a 3 gallon churn for smaller batches. They have been in business since the war between the states ran by the same family, and have all sizes in stock.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
