I would advise you to call a Tire shop and ask what the cost of repair would be. I have seen a lot of tractor tires damaged by people trying to change them with improper tools. New tire is very costly.Any good shop will remove the tire with the rim still on the tractor.A much better way and a lot safer . If you do try to fix it please remember the volume of air in that tire as you try to seat the beads after repair you dont need a lot of air to get hurt
