Got to be carefull about what you drive on public roadways this day and age. You can get a DUI driving pretty much anything on public roadways. It sure doesn't have to be a tagged automobile.
I've heard of stranger stories. Lawnmowers, bicycles, even riding a horse.
Best thing to do, is just stay off of roadways if you've been drinking. Because the law is gonna be out to get you, no matter what your driving.
Have heard stories about the law even bothering people on private property. Guessing this only happens when the cops are called. Somebody not on thier own property, or spouce called the cops. Instances like that.
I have been known to take a whole cooler full of beer to the field with me. Of course, I knew I wouldn't be leaving my own place. But I don't do that now, that I have quit drinking.
