DIESEL WON'T START...HELP!

I have a MF 3 cylinder diesel tractor that won't start. I was warming it up a few days ago when it just quit. I have used fresh fuel, diesel fuel additive for 'gelling', bled the sytem, but when I crank it, I am getting no combustion. Usually, on starting, I see exhaust smoke coming out of the stack, but am not seeing that now. The glow plug indicator shows hot glow plugs, and I have been using the engine pre-heater and also a battery charger for maximum effort...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
