I have what I was told was an 1984-Case 1194 and was told by a mechanic is a 1994 - 1194 (who knows really!). It has had cooling issues in the cooling system that were solved in the main by pulling less heavy stuff and cleaning the radiator finsbut still leaks from somewhere THAT is NOT the problem!
It has been running great for five years and this Spring I seeded my fields with it. The 3 point has become a sometimes 3 point and the up down handle is all floppy. I know I need to go through that entire system as the elevation piston doesnt work and the switch is frozen
Heres the problem: I just got on after running four months ago and it wouldnt start. I thoughtOh! Just put it in neutral and start! But not so fast! The shifter will NOT move. I bumped it with a backhoe to free up inner rust but it is locked in gear. Any opinions? I need this NOW to cut hay!
