Try jacking one of the rear wheels up to get the load off the transmission gears, see if it will shift.
Could be the clutch is rust stuck.
If it is, sometimes blocking the pedal down, driving it around in a high gear, jamming the brakes, goosing the throttle will break it loose.
Or could be the shift rails are rusted in place. How does the trans oil look? Crack the drain plug, see if water comes out. If it sat with water in the case, it will condense up top and cause rust. You may have to take the top off and loosen everything up.
