With the new information I can say the right track clutch has an issue with two or three possible causes. The oil leak you describe could be causing the slippage. The fiber discs may be too thin or delaminated causing no drive, or the release bearing could be out of adjustment allowing the clutch to be almost released all the time. If you experiment a little the adjustment issue can be detected as follows: while driving forward, pull the right lever just a tiny bit. As you feel the tractor direction change. if a very small movement of the lever causes a right turn, the adjustment may be suspect. If it takes an inch or more, probably not. Oil must be out of that chamber. Jim
