Without knowing a lot about those wheel ends. I'm going to go out on a limb and guess it is one of 2 things one you have a plug on the face plate on the front. I am also going to guess that you may need to turn the wheel so the plug is on the bottom to drain then rotate to 3or9 o clock to fill to the proper level. Or there may be 2 plugs one for check and one for drain if so then you be able to see the deal there. The other possibility is the oil is circulated with the hydro and is not a sump so to speak and moves as the hydro drives the wheels. If this scenario is true then they would not need changing as it would change as it is pumped through the system. though it might need drained then let set to fill as it pumps oil back into the rear wheels. Hopefully somebody better experienced will answer better for you.
