A 22.5 is the true tubeless replacement size for 20 tube type wheels. There were 22.5s having your 5x8 pattern made between 1956 and 1981. Available in 5.25, 6.00, and 6.75 widths. Used by Ford, IHC, and Dodge. They will clear your drums. Reproduction 22.5 x 6.75 wheels are also available that look like the repop 19.5s. BUT, the narrowest tire available today is a 9R22.5. That is equal to an 8.25-20 in width and outside diameter.
