Sounds like your local emergency services have plenty of volunteers, that's great. Our EMT's struggle to get two per call, but if they page the Fire Dept at the same time we can get 8 or 10 guys pretty quick. If you know any of the crew, call them and thank them for coming out. And I bet if you'd ask, someone would stop out and hook up that PTO shaft right quick. Most every FD meeting we have someone who could use a hand and we try to take care them.
