International TD-9 w/ Drott loader

I've been eyeing a Drott Skid Shovel that is a Drott bucket loader mounted on an International TD-9. By the serial number, it looks to be a 1956 model (s/n TDCB 59971.) It has been sittin for quite some time (a few years) outside, has rust on the tracks, but doesn't look "too bad", and was idled because the fan belt needed to be replaced (or so the owner says.) The loader frame has been cracked in a few places and rewelded (looked like they did a decent weld job) but I figured that would help drop the price a bit. Based on what little information I could dredge up concerning it's condition, what would be a fair offer on my part? More or less than $1000? Thanks,
