If you unhooked the fuel line before your fuel pump that only tells you the is fuel getting out of the tank. That is good to know but only part of the battle. It still has to get through the fuel pump, whatever kind of filter and past the float needle into the carb bowl. The carb should have a drain plug in it. Remove it and put something under it to catch the fuel. Turn the key on, it should flow a continuous stream and not slow to a dribble. If it slows to a dribble you have to find what is blocking its path. I tried to look at the carb to see if they have a fine screen in the fitting that screws into the carb where the fuel line connects. Nothing conclusive other then a dealer will charge you $66 dollars for the fitting. I am attaching a link to the manufacturers online parts catalog for your tractor.
