Hello everyone, I just thought I would let everyone know what I recently found out about my cancer discovery recently. I was diagnosed with esophageal cancer to be exact. It stemmed from acid reflux (severe heartburn) for many years that I neglected to have checked out by my doctor. Apparently this is a very deadly disease! I am going to go through treatment at Mayo clinic in Rochester in Minnesota. Thankfully I live only 2 hours away from Mayo. I don't know the extent of what stage the cancer is in, as I am undergoing more testing at the end of this week to plan out my future journey. Depending on the test results I will have to have radiation chemo and surgery if the cancer has not spread into my major organs. So my life is going to have a massive change in the way I live the rest of my life once treatment starts. I am leaving this in the hands of our good Lord above to guide me through this. I appreciate all the thoughts, prayers and support from all of you on here. I will update as I get more info. My wife did start a CaringBridge page for me if any of you are interested in following my journey. Just go on the internet and type in CaringBridge and search for my name: Kurt Karstens. Thank you everyone for listening. Kow Farmer Kurt

I have picked up and attempted to read every auto and farm electrics book with no improvement in the situation. They all seem to start with a chapter entitled "Theory of Electricity". After a few paragraphs I usually close the book and go back to banging out dents. A good friend and I were recently discussing our tractor electrical systems when he stated "I figure it all comes back to applying Ohms Law". At this point
