I wouldn't want anything to do with a tractor engine, if I knew non-detergent oil was used in it. I think people get the idea in mind that "detergent" and oil don't work together. The detergent additive isn't like your disk soap ememy to oil. Detergent oil is made to keep unwanted bits in suspension, so the filters can take them out.
