You're on the right track. Land that has lain fallow for that long would be awful hard on a tiller. Not sure what the 1010 will handle for a plow but I'd guess a two bottom, 3 point would work pretty well. Availability is the question. 3 and 4 bottoms are all over the place, not sure how hard to find (or expensive) a two bottom would be. The other thing I'd be looking for is a disk harrow. Those two basic implements should get you off to a good start. Hopefully someone more familiar with the power and lugging capability of a 1010 will be able to point you to the proper size. Good luck.
