I'm not entirely familiar with your tractor but I can give you some ideas to check out. First make sure it is not a clutch problem (if it is not live pto does the clutch run?). Next the most likly problem is in the rear end. It is possible that a sun gear shaft has twisted off. It is also posible that one of the axles has broken. I'm not sure about your model but some fords have trouble with the spring plate on the clutch breaking, this would mean that the clutch would not engage at all.
