I had a little split like that on a MF-135 tire. It pinched the tube while I was hauling my back hoe attachment 15 miles to a welding shop. Srayed me and the tractor with CaCl solution. I had a tire shop put in a boot. The boot stretched when the tire (and new tube) was inflated. I decided riding that down the road with loader up front and back hoe out back at 22 mph when it split again could be a whole lot more excitement than I could survive, (my neck isn't strong enough to hold up tractor and those attachments) and I bought a pair of new tires.
