Is that known ahead of time? If not, I wouldn't bother to go to such an auction. If it is known, do they tell you what the reserve is? Might as well start the bidding there if they ain't gonna sell it anyway. Those kinds of sales turn me right off.
I'm trying to get a line on an auction not far from me as to when it's held and some of what is being offered for sale. It's in Fairlee, VT which is about 40 or 50 miles west of me.
