The Woodburn auction doesn't have reserves, but I'm fairly convinced that there are a few "bidders" amongst the normal auction goers. That is they bid it up to a particular point and often you will heaar the same buyer number on lots of things and at the next auction, the same pieces of equiptment are there. Went to another supposed antique tractor consignment auction that did have reserve bids that the auctioneers did not inform the crowd, I think fewer than half of the tractors actually sold. I thought it was completely ridiculous, I wasted hours at an auction where very little sold. Steve
