1957 Ford 600 Value

Upstate NY area....I have the chance to buy a 1957 Ford 600 in fair condition. The present owner is to get it running. When I saw it, it would not start....turned over though. Someone threw a quick paint job on it, which is undesireable in my eyes and the rear rubber is badly dry rotted.Sheet metal is in excellent condition. Any clues to what it's value would be if it is running nicely? or badly? Thankyou
