Here in western New York a '53 Jubilee/'54 NAA that runs will cost at least $3000, more likely $3500. Depending on the exact model in the 600 series, the tractor you saw may be worth up to $4000 (e.g. 660 with live PTO, and good tires). Of course, condition is everything. A '57 660 with bad paint, worn out engine, slipping clutch, a transmission and rear end that grinds and shudders in all gears, no brakes, and bad tires will cost a lot of money to fix.
