Cubs don't normally come with a 3 point. Also, they tend to be more expensive than they are worth cuz they are cute, at least in New England. The PTO arrangement is non-standard, so if you buy one, better off holding out to get one with a mower included. I have a super-A, which is kind of a big brother to the cub. The design is sort of a hassle to deal with, 3pt wise. At least the A has a standard size PTO shaft, but it is offset like the cub and that is a hastle. I had to order a tow-behind mower deck for it, cuz a 3 pt mower deck PTO shaft hits the home made 3 pt hitch I have. A Farmall H with hydralic lift arms can be fitted with a 3pt very easily. They go for well under 3K in New England in decent shape. I bought a small Case with a 3pt, converted to 12 V, for a horse club I am involved with for a grand. I wish I bought it for me actually! So, there should be stuff out there. Look for something with a normal PTO, and at least hydralic lift arms to make installation of a 3 pt easy.
