Auctions, auctions, and more auctions. Or at least that's what I would say if you were in Eastern Kentucky. I've got a 66 Ford 3000 gas and have been offered $4500 for it. It's only got 3300 hours on it though. Around here you could find plenty of 9n's or maybe 2000's(gas) for for 3K or under, but they would have several hours on them. I don't have any expereince with 9n's, but I know they are still used everywhere and are supposed to be good small tractors.I know that the 2000"s have standard pto's and 3 pt hitch's and I would say the 9n's do too. But I do know that the 9n's don't have a live pto, but that shouldn't be a problem for what you want to do with it. Hope this helps.
