Well i had to chuckle when I read that. Here in Phoenix, Maricopa County a extreamlly large county, the idiots were going to require the farmers to water there fields before they plowed as they put in a no dust zone. Our soil is very dry as we only get 7" of rain a year and you should be here that "day". LMAO They did make the construction dust law stick tho. They also made the county pave all kinds of dirt roads. We have several roads where they paved 5 to 10 miles of road for only ONE farm being on that road and no other homes. T_Bone
