Just saw the new air pollution regs for North Texas. Starting in 2003, ALL of the counties surrounding the D/FW metromess will be subject to the following limitations to free enterprise. No agricultural nor construction machinery will be permitted to operate before 10 AM. No agricultural nor construction machinery will be permitted to operate after 3 PM. Work may continue after 7pm but only until 7 am. Any body else see problems with that? Apparently the yankee yuppie invasion has so poisoned the air around Dallas that what farmers are left must pay the price. Fine for violation? not less than $500not to exceed $10,000. Any comments, my fellow endangered species?
